Job Description

Job summary

You must be comfortable, researching and doing lead generation through the internet; making cold calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects, building solutions and closing sales for ad campaigns. As sales professional you need to be well organized in your approach at managing your accounts. You must have demonstrated experience prospecting and growing an account list, as well as closing sales and business 2 business sales backgrounds.

Inside Sales essential work / job competencies


  1. Lead generation through internet search technologies/outbound calling and warm lead follow up.
  2. Strong understanding of Google, Overture, Yahoo! and CPC advertising as well as ecommerce, content/media.
  3. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits of AdOn Networks solutions.
  4. Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  5. Close sales and achieve monthly sales quotas/metrics.
  6. A strong understanding of Internet terms, technologies and protocols
  7. Understand customer needs and requirements.
  8. Managing a book of accounts using a CRM system.

Educational and job experience

2 years of higher education desirable, with a minimum of 4-5 years of inside sales experience, or equivalent experience, to include call center environments, customer service and outbound calling environments.
